Wassim is the Founder and Director of Bright Properties UK. He comes from an entrepreneurial and property focused back­ground, and a career immersed in discerning value, anticipating obstacles, and unearthing opportunities.


His 30 years' experience and track record landmarks include top of the line residential and commercial developments in Beirut, transforming a local ready-mix concrete company into a national quality and capacity reference brand in Lebanon, and structuring in record time several multi-million-pound, complex, high-end developments, delivering hundreds of units in the UK.


Past projects Wassim worked on include universities, hospitals, towers, offices, governmental buildings, military bases, highways, bridges, and ports.
